لا تدع مشاعرك تُسجنك، لا تُقيد نفسك بسلاسل الغضب المكبوت، فالكلمات المُحبوسة كالقنابل المُدفونة، تنفجرُ في وقتٍ غير مُناسبٍ مُخلّفةً وراءها دمارًا وخرابًا. لا تسمح للغضب أن يُسيطر عليك، عبّر عن مشاعرك بحريةٍ ووضوحٍ، ولكن باحترامٍ ومسؤولية. بدلًا من اللجوء إلى الشتائم واللعنات، التي تُسمّم روحك وتُلوّث لسانك، حاول التعبير عن مشاعرك بطريقةٍ بناءةٍ، فلا تكن سجين مشاعرك.
